About Us
Our goal is to make fitness available for kids throughout the nation. Coach Kristina has extensive experience teaching kids fitness. We offer a fun, positive introduction to a variety of sports to promote healthy habits, coordination, and confidence. We handle everything including equipment, music, and staff. Just bring a water bottle, comfortable clothes, sneakers, energy and have a great time!

Our Programs
Our programs cost $25 per child per session and go for 8 weeks. You're invited to schedule 1-2 sessions per week for the 8-week session beginning on June 23rd. During the sessions, your child will experience fitness, sports, and fun. WePlay is a high-energy program combining sports, movement, games, and mindful play to build coordination, teamwork, and confidence. Our curriculum is designed to ignite passion and excitement in every child. Activities include jump rope, balancing, races, field days, sports days, step aerobics, agility, footwork, tug of war, crab walk, station training, and more.
